Welcome to the KazAir VA crew! Our airline operates under an "Open Skies" system: you are not limited by strict schedules and can perform any scheduled, charter, or private flights of your choice.
1. Introduction and Mission
Organization: Kazakhstan Airlines VA (KazAir VA) is a non-profit association of volunteers and enthusiasts.
Goal: Providing a professional environment for experience exchange, training, and virtual flights.
Status: We perform flights within the IVAO/VATSIM network and strictly adhere to its regulations.You may perform scheduled flights of any airline in the world, adhering to their current schedule. You can find or verify the current schedule on Flightera.net. If you are performing a charter flight or a flight outside the existing schedule, it must be conducted under our VA callsign (or under the aircraft registration number, for example UPBE58) using the codes listed below:

2. Registration and Membership
Age Requirements: Minimum age to join is 16 years.
Personal Data: Real names are required. Using pseudonyms or false info leads to account deletion.
Account: Only one account per person is allowed. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
Network Status: Pilots must maintain "Active" status on IVAO/VATSIM.
3. Minimum Technical Requirements
Software: Licensed copy of a flight simulator (MSFS, X-Plane, P3D).
Basic Knowledge: Knowledge of navigation (NDB, VOR, airways), flight theory, and squawk usage.
Communication: Basic proficiency in Russian or English.
4. Activity Regulations
First Flight: New members must perform their first flight (PIREP) within 14-15 days.
Regular Flights: Minimum of one flight every 60 days is required to stay active.
Deletion: System deletes inactive accounts automatically unless "On Leave" is active.
5. Flight Operations and PIREP Rules
Realism: Flights must follow real-world schedules, procedures, and weather.
Acceleration Ban: Time acceleration is strictly prohibited. Use 1x mode only.
Routing: "DIRECT GPS" is prohibited for IFR. Use real airways.
Reporting: Our VA has adopted the Smart-PIREP automatic reporting system, and it is important to follow the timings.
Alternate Airport: Mandatory for all IFR flight plans.
IMPORTANT SYNC REGULATION
To ensure the system correctly saves your flight data, we recommend connecting 10-15 minutes before departure and disconnecting 3-5 minutes after taxiing to the stand. The following intervals must be observed:
- 1.Remain online for at least 3 minutes after engine shutdown.
- 2.The next network connection is allowed no earlier than 20-25 minutes after finishing the previous flight.
6. Reward System (K-Miles) - in development

Bonuses: +10 points for the first flight to an airfield or on a new type.
7. Violations and Fair Play
Our system only counts actual flight hours (from takeoff to landing). We do not welcome "padding" flight time by idling on the network. If unfair flight time accumulation is detected, the pilot will be dismissed from the VA without the possibility of reinstatement.
Immediate exclusion from VA for:
Disrespect: Insulting other pilots, controllers, or VA staff.
Cheating: Padding hours, false reports, hacks, or multiple accounts.
Ignoring Communication: Failure to respond to control within 20 minutes.
Reputation Damage: Publicly discrediting the KazAir VA image.
8. Privacy and NOTAM
Data: Personal data is collected voluntarily and not shared with third parties.
Right to be Forgotten: Pilots can request account deletion at any time.
NOTAM: Information in the Dashboard NOTAM section has priority over these rules.
