Flight crew requirements for KazAir Virtual Airline
To obtain a new rank, a pilot must simultaneously meet three criteria: total flight hours, number of successfully completed flights, and minimum time spent in the airline. The rank is updated automatically once all conditions are met.
Initial training. Dark blue cloth epaulette without insignia.
VFR flight authorization. One gold stripe.
Junior officer staff. Two gold stripes.
Three gold stripes. Operations on regular routes.
Senior First Officer. Wide gold stripes.
Commander of the aircraft. Four wide stripes.
Fleet Instructor. Distinction star under the button.
Chief Pilot. Head of flight operations, responsible for training standards and crew proficiency checks.
Staff Pilot. Administrative personnel providing technical and organizational support for the VA.
KazAir Management. Heraldic sign and gold edging.
