General Provisions

KazAir Virtual Airline is a non-profit association for flight simulation enthusiasts.
The VA has no connection to real-world airlines. All flights are performed exclusively in the virtual sky.
Registration in the VA implies automatic agreement with all points of this Charter.

Flight Operations

Pilots must comply with IVAO/VATSIM network rules and air traffic controller instructions.
The use of time compression during flight operations is strictly prohibited.
Takeoff and landing must be performed in the most realistic mode possible.

Activity and Reporting

A new pilot must complete their first flight within 14 days after registration.
The minimum activity requirement is 1 flight within 30 calendar days.
All flight reports must be submitted via the automatic tracking system or the pilot dashboard.

Attention: Violation of the charter or IVAO/VATSIM network rules may lead to dismissal from the airline.
